Puraz offers FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE direct from our factory in New Zealand. We offer this as we want to make Puraz products available to you in a way that is much easier, more convenient and more economic than having to visit a retail center. All items are typically dispatched within 24 hours from the order being placed – and depending on your location, delivery times may vary. (Please see below for information on deliveries relevant to your location).
We expect all items to arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your items don’t reach you in perfect condition please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange immediate replacement and return of the damaged goods.
New Zealand & Australia
We offer free shipping within New Zealand and Australia, including PO boxes and rural addresses. All orders within New Zealand and Australia are sent via track and trace courier. Signatures are not required on these parcels. Items are generally received within 2-3 working days in New Zealand and 5-10 working days in Australia of placing your order.
USA & International
We offer free shipping internationally via air freight. Shipping times will vary according to your country but are typically within 5-10 working days anywhere in the world from the day of placing your order.
